My career has been rooted in creating authentic relationships and leading teams to deliver the type of experience I would want a friend to have. As a passionate advocate for the customer, I am committed to championing their needs. By focusing on hiring the right people, providing comprehensive training and development, and equipping individuals with the necessary tools to excel, I have consistently fostered success. I joined the Acceleron team in 2021 with a drive to be a champion for the little guy; I advocate for the customer, both our customers and your customers. I also have a pretty unique career path, who knew that 20 years at Nordstrom would one day lead me here!
